The Object of the Trust are:

1.    To foster and promote development of the community of Glenesk in the County of Angus and those

        associated therewith; and

2.    To advance and promote the education of the general public, and in particular the inhabitants of Glenesk,

        in the heritage, history and culture of Glenesk, by associating with voluntary organisations, local authorities

        and other bodies, together with the community of Glenesk and those associated therewith, in a common

        effort to maintain, develop and promote a folk museum and centre for the community.
